Great projects are delivered by great teams. Our leadership brings together decades of practical experience in engineering, construction, project finance, and public sector delivery. We understand the complexities of infrastructure development in Ghana because we have managed them firsthand.

 

Executive Leadership

Kwame Asare  Managing Director
Kwame leads the firm with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure project delivery across West Africa. Before joining NCS, he held senior roles in multinational construction firms and public works authorities. He is responsible for the company's strategic direction, governance framework, and commitment to delivery excellence.

 

Wisdom Wilson — Deputy Director of Operations (Acting Director)
Wisdom brings extensive on‑the‑ground experience to his role, overseeing daily operations and ensuring project milestones are met with precision. With a strong background in construction management and site coordination, he has successfully delivered critical infrastructure across social housing, transport, and energy sectors. As Acting Director, he provides strategic leadership to operational teams, reinforcing NCS's commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.

 

Abena Oforiwaa — Director of Projects
Abena ensures that every project meets its milestones, budget, and quality targets. With a background in construction management and a track record of delivering complex transport and social infrastructure projects, she oversees site supervision, HSE compliance, and handover processes. She is a passionate advocate for apprenticeship and local skills transfer on all sites.

 

Technical & Project Leadership

Dr. Mensah Bonsu — Head of Technical Advisory
Dr. Bonsu leads our feasibility, design, and engineering teams. Holding a PhD in Structural Engineering, he specializes in resilient and climate‑proofed infrastructure. He has guided the design of major water, energy, and public building projects, ensuring they meet rigorous technical standards while remaining cost‑effective over their full lifecycle.

 

Esi Akwei — Head of Project Delivery
Esi manages our portfolio of active construction projects. Her expertise lies in turnkey delivery and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. She has successfully delivered housing schemes, health facilities, and power transmission lines, consistently maintaining strict HSE oversight and transparent reporting to partners.

 

Kojo Elton Annan — Head of Procurement and Contracts
Kojo ensures that our procurement processes are transparent, competitive, and deliver value for money. With extensive experience in public procurement law and contract administration, he oversees bid evaluations, contractor negotiations, and performance‑based contract management. His work minimizes risk and ensures fair opportunities for local SMEs.

 

Commercial & Corporate Services

Ama Serwaa Obeng — Chief Financial Officer
Ama brings over 18 years of experience in project finance and corporate strategy. She manages the company's financial planning, ensures robust internal controls, and oversees the commercial viability of bids. Her focus on value for money helps clients achieve more with their infrastructure budgets.

 

Nana K Adjei — Head of HSE and Quality Assurance
Nana is responsible for the safety of our workers and the quality of our outputs. He leads independent inspections, KPI monitoring, and impact evaluations across all projects. His team ensures that every site complies with the highest HSE standards and that quality is never compromised for speed.

 

Delali M Dogbe — Head of Capacity Building and Local Content
Delali drives our commitment to local impact. He designs and manages apprenticeship programmes, on‑site mentoring schemes, and institutional strengthening initiatives. He works closely with district authorities and local SMEs to ensure that the benefits of our projects extend beyond the infrastructure itself, creating lasting skills and jobs.
